Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Manbroiderer Ltd, we take great care in designing and packaging our embroidery kits, tools, and fabrics. We want you to love what you receive—but if something’s not quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at sales@themanbroiderer.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition within 28 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:

- Custom or made-to-order items

- Downloadable digital products

- Workshop bookings (unless otherwise stated in the event terms)

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can put things right.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
